Liness Saidi is an agricultural expert with over six years of experience in livestock and crop management. She holds a BSc in Animal Science from the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources. Liness currently leads MAEVE’s extension services, where she has improved farm productivity through operational efficiency, staff training, and robust monitoring systems.

Her work has driven a 92% on-time loan repayment rate and improved farmer engagement and satisfaction. Previously, Liness held leadership roles with the Mega Farm Support Unit and the Ministry of Agriculture, where she promoted best practices and enhanced market access for smallholders.
